Hello There!
My name is Kimberly and I make granola.
Amidst a pandemic, social unrest, virtual learning for my kids, and working a full-time job, I decided to start a small business in the hopes of bringing a little bit of joy to myself and if I was lucky, to others. It all started when I joined the virtual bake sale, Bakers Against Racism. Through this organized event, I was able to raise money for The Conscious Kid and aid in their goal to bring children’s books that support conversations on race, racism, and resistance to classrooms across the country. The Bakers Against Racism event helped me realize I really enjoyed making the granola, and solidified that this was a product people would enjoy.
So, with the help and encouragement of my husband, my kids, my parents, and my friends, The Art of Snack Granola was born.
